What is the RAPIDEDGE PRO?

·         Three position pneumatic RAPID changeover from 0.5mm, to 1mm, to 2mm edge right from the control panel!  Changing between edges has never been easier.

·         Once set up for wood edge, thin tape, and radius edge you simply need to select the appropriate icon on the control panel for immediate recall.  No more manual setting for those edges!

·         Multi-radius scrapers allow operator to apply a 1mm or 2mm radius on the top & bottom of the panel.

·         Additional quick change corner rounding motor for fast changeover from 1mm to 2mm radius on the ends.

Additional Key Machine Features

·         Automatic edge feeding with a thickness capacity of 0.4–3 mm; strip material can be hand-fed.

·         Conveyor chain feed system for reliable results.

·         Teflon-coated quick change hot-melt glue pot.

·         Heated infeed fence for pre-heating the panel for optimum glue penetration.

·         29 FPM feed rate (9 m/min)

·         Workpiece is fed by chain.
