• Machine supplied with PLC controller to allow operator to maximize saw production & minimize down time.
• Production times are reduced because of the machine's durability to consistently produce.
• Saw is engineered and designed to make extremely accurate cuts, cutting products with very tight tolerances up to 0.004” and eliminating the sanding before proceeding to the next step in production.
• All controls are centrally located to permit operator to easily adjust & maintain the machine.
• Material waste reductions of up to 20% are achievable by use of the thin kerf blades (0.043” ~ 0.055”).
• The rigid saw blades frame is available in different configurations.
• A special air blast system that cools the blade for longer service intervals & removes saw dust from the gullet of the blade for reduced temperature and increases blade life.
