High-Speed processing of solid wood floors, wainscoting, four-side planning of finger-jointed materials, strips, shipboards,etc., with a maximum feeding speed of 80M/min.
Characteristic
1.The feeding speed is 8-80m/min, the feeding motor adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the feeding system adopts a high-speed reducer and a strong universal joint transmission. The feeding power is strong, and the feeding effect is smooth and powerful.
2.The machine body is designed with a double-layer worktable, axial adjustment 60mm on vertical axis, and can be equipped with two sets of cutting tools at the same time.
3.The feeding table, worktable and fence are treated with marathon spraying, with a hardness of HV1000-1200 and strong wear resistance.
4.Pneumatic bottom roller structure at the feeding end, easy and convenient to adjust.
5.Pneumatic upright pressure wheel at the right shaft position, and Pneumatic compression to press the front and rear pressure shoes of the two top spindles. The 2nd top spindle has a dual cylinder compression structure to its rear pressure shoe, and the 2nd bottom spindle has a separated top pressure shoe for compression. The compression effect is stable and reliable.
6.Spindle diameter ø 50; the front and rear ends of all spindles assembly are equipped with angular contact ball bearings , and the top and 2nd bottom shafts motor seats are designed with reinforced rigidity.
7.All horizontal shafts are equipped with out-ball bearings.

9.The OD of feeding wheel is 180mm for the first group and 140mm for the others.
10.Electric oil pump lubrication for the worktables.
11.Adopted with the magnetic grid ruler for display of radial adjustment to the right, left, 1st top, 2nd top, and 2nd bottom spindles.
12.Short infeed table is approximately 1.4 m from the center of the 1st bottom spindle to the end of the infeed table.
13.Equipped with a mobile control panel with a 10 inch touch screen+ PLC to control the operation of the entire machine.
