PARTE: 2DO-CFS - SIERRA TRONZADORA PARA ATAUDES
- Long part of a casket top coming out from the RF Press made of hardwood
- One (1) frame with two (2) cutting stations
- One (1) cutting station is mobile to adjust for length of casket with pneumatic cylinder and adjustable stopping position
- Each cutting stations include:
- Two (2) 5HP motors at 3500 RPM with 20'' blade mounted on a pneumatic arm
- Adjustable fence and horizontal and vertical pneumatic hold downs
- Pneumatic fixtures to adjust for casket model - similar to existing end saw machine
- Pneumatic up/down mechanism with idler roller to receive casket top from RF press at higher level than cutting position
- Powered side wheels
- Safety guards and dust collectors
- “Guillotine” type access door to casket area on pneumatic cylinders with safety switches
Powered side wheels to feed/exit casket top to/from
the cutting area with automatic positioning of the casket for the cutting cycle
